Set on the Bay of Lerici, Residence Baia Blu provides a free shuttle to the beach 2 minutes' drive away. It offers a choice of rooms and apartments, all with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The Baia Blu Residence features a main building where the rooms, reception and breakfast room are located. The apartments are located in 4 buildings. They include a kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, a shared laundry area is also available. Guests have discounts at a swimming pool 300 metres away. There is a range of beaches nearby both public and private. Free parking is provided and the nearest train station is 10 km away in Sarzana. The best motorway exit to take is Santo Stefano di Magro.

The apartments are located in 4 different buildings. Check-in time for the rooms is from 11:30 until 12:30, for the apartments it is from 16:00 until 19:30. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance in order to check in automatically. Baby cots are actually camping beds that do not have a mattress, pillow or bed linen. They must be requested in advance as only a few are available. Only small pets are allowed. Shuttle services is available from 15 June 2016 until 15 September 2016. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
