Surrounded by nature, Gasthaus Grüner Baum enjoys a picturesque location just 200 metres from the Tauber River embankment. It offers a garden and a restaurant serving rustic Franconian cuisine. A balcony, satellite TV and a seating area are included in all rooms at the Grüner Baum. They are decorated in Mediterranean colours and feature floor-to-ceiling windows. A range of hot and cold regional dishes are offered at the traditional-style Schlupfe-Scheune restaurant, where a rich breakfast buffet is also provided. On sunny days, guests can enjoy the outdoor terrace. This guest house serves as a great base for walking and cycling, with the Tauber Valley Cycle Path running directly past it. Cars and bicycles can be parked in the on-site garage. Gamburg (Tauber) Train Station is just 10-minutes’ walk away.
