The Haus des Meeres aquarium and a cinema are directly opposite the property. The AJO Central's rooms feature a flat-screen cable TV and a bathroom. The double room also features a fully equipped kitchen. The property provides a free city map and a metro plan and offer all guests a welcoming gift upon arrival. Many restaurants and bars can be found in the vicinity. The Neubaugasse Underground Station (line U3) is only 300 metres away, and the Kettenbrückengasse Underground Station (line U4) and the Naschmarkt (open-air market) are 550 metres away.

Please note that the apartment has no reception. Only self check-in is possible. All the information and instructions regarding self check-in will be forwarded by the property and have to be confirmed back before arrival. The property is reachable via phone daily, from 09:00-21:00. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available against a surcharge, on request and upon prior confirmation from the hotel only. Please note that the photos are only examples of a specific room type. Actual rooms might be decorated differently and there is no guarantee that you will be accommodated in exactly the same room. A security deposit of EUR 250 may have to be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be refunded after check-out if no damages have incurred.
