Résidence Le Crystal is located a few steps from central Cagnes-sur-Mer, about 1 kilometre from the beach. It features an outdoor swimming pool and offers well-equipped studios and apartments. The apartments at the Résidence Le Crystal are fitted with a fully equipped kitchenette, TV, and a loggia or terrace with garden furniture. The Le Crystal residence consists of 2 main buildings linked to each other by a footbridge. The residence has garden planted with fruit trees. Guests can relax on the roof terrace with its solarium, swimming pool and garden. One private parking place is provided per studio or apartment.

Please note that your credit card details (VISA or mastercard) will be required as a guarantee for the EUR 300 guarantee deposit. Subject to damages inspection, this credit card will not be charged. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 18 per week for children's cots/cribs. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price but can be rented from reception at the following fees: - bed linen kit: EUR 10 per bed per week - towels kit: EUR 10 per person per week. Access to the parking is narrow. Large vehicles may experience some difficulties when parking. Please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. The fee varies according to the accommodation booked. Please note that the maximum weight for a pet is 25 kg. Only one pet is accepted per accommodation and costs EUR 35 per week. Payment must be done before arrival.
