Just 6 minutes' walk from Piccadilly Rail Station and 300 metres from Piccadilly Gardens, each apartment has Wi-Fi access and a 24-hour front desk. Inside, the apartments feature a satellite TV, a DVD player, a CD player, a seating area, a bathroom with a hairdryer and a radio. They also include a stylish, fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Guests at SACO Manchester apartments can also enjoy free access to the on-site fitness suite. For added luxury there are the SACO Club Apartments. These airy, urban loft style spaces offer early check-in and late check-out, an enhanced satellite TV package, luxury bathroom accessories and a Manchester Breakfast Welcome hamper featuring cereal, milk, tea, coffee, shortbread/flapjack and water. The Trafford Centre, one of Manchester's premium shopping and leisure complexes, is just 14 minutes' drive away. Old Trafford, home to Manchester United Football Club, is 10 minutes' drive from the apartments. Manchester Aquatics Centre and Manchester Museum are both also less than 2 miles away.

SACO – The Serviced Apartment Company will take full payment for your accommodation at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property. Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving licence or passport. A refundable security deposit to cover “additional charges“, including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay, may also be taken and you will be advised whether this is payable at the same time. This will vary on the size of apartment you have booked. Group Policy: We consider a group to be three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. A security deposit, as above, will also be required for each apartment booked. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building. Baby cots are available for GBP 10 per night, subject to availability. If you require a cot, you must reserve one in advance of your stay to ensure availability. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. SACO Apartments will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of GBP 350 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
