Located between the estuaries of River Livenza and Lemene and 100 metres from Caorle’ s beaches, Villa Marina offers 12 modern apartments with a furnished balcony. Each apartment has a free parking space and air conditioning. Set in a building with 5 floors and a lift, apartments have modern design and tiled floors. Each apartment includes an elegant fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, a dining area with sofa bed and a washing machine. The large and bright private bathroom comes with a shower and washing machine. Guests can enjoy beautiful sunset views on the nearest free and private beaches. On the private beach, they can rent 1 parasol and 1 sun lounger at a special price. Bibione with its thermal baths is a 50-minute drive away while Eraclea’s Mort Lagoon is reachable in about 25 minutes by car.

Check-in takes place at Agenzia Cocal real estate agency, located in Piazza Papa Giovanni 10. Check-in after 19:30 should be arranged in advance and will take place at Villaggio Hemingway - Via Firenze 27, Caorle. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property at an extra charge of 8 EUR per person or bring their own. Please inform Villa Marina in advance of your expected arrival time.
