B&B Casabiancalana is a beautiful old country house, built in the 17th century on the original unit of an ancient 13th century monastery. The property is 2 km from the historical centre of Lucca. B&B Casabiancalana is made of a main unit, where the owners live, plus small flats and rooms. All rooms have antique furniture and a private bathroom, as well as all modern facilities. The villa is surrounded by a large garden and has a swimming pool, a barbecue area and a children’s play area. It is possible to rent bikes on site. Homemade cakes and jams and gluten-free produce can be tasted for breakfast, which is at at an extra cost. Cooking classes can be organised in the restaurant. Thanks to the ideal location, it is easy to reach the Versilia beach, the Alpi Apuane and Appennino Mountains and all the artistic towns in Tuscany, including Florence, Siena and Pisa.
