Informace o Palau Green Village

Palau Green Village offers self-catering apartments with air conditioning, built in typical Sardinian stone, and surrounded by Mediterranean gardens with a free swimming pool. The nearest beach is only 150 meters away and it overlooks the wonderful islands of Santo Stefano and La Maddalena. Palau city centre is 500 metres away. There you can catch a ferry and visit La Maddalena Isle and its beautiful Marine Park. During summer, arrivals and departures are only on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays.

Please note that from 03 June to 16 September the rate includes a Comfort Card. The card offers use of bikes and the pool, 1 beach towel per person and 1 parasol, a welcome breakfast, WiFi, bathroom courtesy kit and a free gift. A deposit is required to use the bikes. This will be returned, subject to a damage inspection. Bikes are subject to availability. Arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 are on request only. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after 22:00. An extra cost of EUR 50 applies for arrivals after 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Electricity, water and gas are included. Sun loungers and sun beds are available on request and subject to availability. Bed linen is included and is changed weekly. You can bring your own towels or rent them on site. In the event of departure outside office hours the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible. Pets are not allowed on the beach or in common areas. The kitchenette must be left clean and tidy, or a further cleaning charge of EUR 50 will apply. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
