Set on Maddalena Island off the north coast of Sardinia, Borgo Punta Villa offers an outdoor pool and modern self-catering apartments with satellite TV. La Maddalena town centre is a 12-minute walk away. All bright apartments at Residence Borgo Punta Villa come with a dishwasher, microwave and a private patio or balcony. Each has colourful décor, and some feature views of the Mediterranean Sea. Shops, restaurants and bars are located in nearby La Maddalena. Boats to mainland Sardinia leave from the harbour, 1.5 km away.

Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Special Requests during booking. Use of air conditioning has an extra cost of EUR 100 per apartment and per week. Gas for heating in winter had an extra cost of EUR 5 per cubic metre. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. A set of bed linen and towels has a surcharge of EUR 15 per person. Use of the outdoor swimming pool is at extra cost. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
