A renovated 13th-century building in the historic centre of Florence, Relais Cavalcanti has views over the Palazzo Vecchio and Mercato del Porcellino. It offers free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms. Cavalcanti’s spacious rooms have antique furnishings and all have private bathrooms. Many have views across the city. To reach the elevator, you have to climb 22 steps from the entrance of the building. The Relais Cavalcanti is just a few steps from typical Florentine cafés. Light refreshments of tea, coffee and cakes are available throughout the day. The staff can give recommendations on the best places to eat nearby, and can make reservations for Florence’s many museums and galleries, including the Uffizi.

Reception is open from 09:00 until 13:00 and from 14:00 until 18:00. Check-in is from 14:00 until 18:00. If you arrive early you can drop off your luggage even if your room is not ready. Please contact the hotel at least 3 days before your arrival if you intend to arrive after 18:00, as otherwise check-in is not guaranteed. Check-in after 22:00 is not possible. Check-out must be carried out by 11am. Please note that to reach the elevator, you have to climb 22 steps from the entrance of the building.
