The building with 11 double rooms and one suite also holds a large function hall and extensive sauna facilities. The restaurant Cocodrillo is located on the groundfloor and specialises in Italian food. In the summer the guests can have their meals on an open terrace. Viimsi Manor sometimes arranges parties that may last over night. On the ground floor, there is a large wood-burning sauna and a hot tub. There is a fireplace room on the first floor, equipped with a TV and a karaoke system. The nearest store and a bus station is a 3-minute drive away.
