Located at the foot of Mont Blanc, Les Balcons d'Anaïte is just a 10 minutes' drive from Chamonix Ski Resort. This residence offers free access to the fitness centre, sauna and hammam. The traditional Alpine-style apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV and balcony. Some rooms have a view of Mont-Blanc or Aiguilles Rouge. Guests at the Les Balcons d'Anaïte residence have access to ski storage, and free WiFi is available in public places. There is also a lounge, which features a selection of free board games. Free parking is provided at Les Balcons. Activities at the local village Les Houches include free entry to a natural outdoor ice rink, tobogganing, snow-shoe walking and sledging.

Final cleaning is available at an additional charge. Please note that reception opening hours are as follows: Monday-Sunday: 09:00-11:00 and 16:30-19:00 Please contact the residence in advance if you plan to arrive outside of these opening hours. Please note that the linen package include bed linen and towels. Beds can be made on arrival upon request at an additional charge. Please contact the property for further details. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
