Informace o Résidence Le Birdie

Located in the medieval village of Giez, this residence is situated opposite Lake Annecy Golf Club. It features a tennis court in the garden, 2 swimming pools and a sauna. Each apartment is equipped with a TV and most feature a balcony or a terrace. Apartments include a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and a coffee maker. A continental breakfast is prepared every day at the Résidence Le Birdie. After breakfast, guests can play billiards in the games room. During the high season, the Holiday Park offers activities for children and parents. Free WiFi access is available at the reception. Lake Annecy is just a 7-minute drive from Le Birdie residence and Annecy is 25 km away. Free private parking is available on site.

Bed and bath linen is available at an additional cost and should be reserved before arrival. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and is also available at an additional cost. Please note that it is not possible to check-in outside the reception opening times of 15:30 to 19:00. The swimming pool and tennis courts are not open on Sunday afternoon, except in July and August. The outdoor swimming pool is open every day during July and August, and at the beginning of September. It is closed the 24th December and the 25th December 2016. Please note that the Reception will be closed from 24th December 2016 until 25th December 2016 included.
