Résidence Pierre & Vacances La Rivière features 2 buildings and is located 5 minutes from the resort centre in Chamonix. Its apartments feature a private balcony or terrace. The residence is a short bus ride from the slopes, and a 5-minute walk from the bars and restaurants for evening entertainment. Reception opening hours: In Summer: Sunday to Friday: 8:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00. Saturday: 8:00 to 21:00. In Winter, From 09 December 2016 to 13 May 2017: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00. Friday 9:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00. Saturday: 8:00 to 22:00. Sunday 8:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 A guarantee deposit of EUR 200 per apartment will be charged on the day of arrival and should be paid by cheque or credit card. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. For short stays (2 nights minimum): Arrivals are possible from 14:00 and departures should be before 12:00 (subject to availability, they may be possible until 17:00). For every length of stay, beds can be made upon arrival at an extra cost per person. Prices include : accommodation, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), bed linen, cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), TV, all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax ) and free basic WiFi (for up to 5 devices). Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested at an extra charge. The kit includes: 1 cot, 1 high chair. Subject to availability. After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
