At the foot of Akrafjall mountain just 5 km from Akranes village, this guest house accommodation offers free Wi-Fi and access to cooking facilities. Horse riding trips can be arranged and guests can hike from the door. Guesthouse Móar’s bedrooms come with views over the surrounding terrain and have access to shared bathroom facilities. There is a communal computer that guests can use, as well as laundry facilities and a TV lounge. Located at the mouth of Hvalfjördur, trails to the famous Glymur Waterfall are a 40-minute drive from Guesthouse Móar. The Icelandic Route 1 ring road is a 5-minute drive away, giving onward access to Reykjavík 40 km to the south.
