You will enjoy sole occupancy so privacy is guaranteed. You can enjoy 400 m2 of living space divided over three floors. There are eight bedrooms and six bathrooms. The cosy living room on the ground floor has its own café and beer tap. In fact. you wont need to go to Kirchberg for the après-ski. There is a traditional Austrian living room on the first floor with an attractive stove and a luxurious live-in kitchen with the latest built-in equipment. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden which has a number of seating areas. The private swimming pool can be rented optionally in summer and is payable per week.
