Reception opening hours from the 18/12/2015 to the 10/04/2016: From Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00. Saturday from 8:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00. Sunday from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00. Closed on Wednesday. The rates includes: accommodation, all taxes and charges (except local tax), a TV, bed linen, 1 cleaning kit (to be left in the apartment), towels, end-of-stay cleaning (except the kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi access. Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week. For short stays (2 nights minimum), arrivals are possible from 14:00 and departures should be before 12:00 (subject to availability, they may be possible until 17:00). For every length of stay, beds can be made upon arrival at an extra cost per person. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested at an extra charge.
