Apartment Masina is a three-bedroom apartment on the upper floor of the house, which is surrounded by meadows and vineyards and located 100 m from the centre of Sessa. In the living area you can watch TV with satellite channels or enjoy the open-hearth fireplace. The open kitchen with dining table is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The bathroom comes with a bath and toilet. From the balcony with deck chairs you can enjoy view of the mountains and the resort. There is a single garage at the house and barbecue facilities are available. For shared use there is a well-kept garden with lawn and flowers and a washing machine. Agno Airport is located 7 km from the property. Within 300 m restaurants, a bus stop and grocery store can be found. The distance to the 18-hole golf course is 9 km and to the mountain railway 10 km.
